Refund policy

Try every Pro tool free for 14 days in the app before you buy; no card is needed for the trial.

First purchase

If PageOn PDF Pro is not right for you, ask for a full refund within 30 days of your first payment, for any plan.

Renewals

If a subscription renews and you did not mean it to, ask within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it and cancel the plan.

How

Reply to your Paddle receipt email, or contact Paddle at paddle.net, or email us. Refunds go back to the original payment method. When a refund is made the licence is switched off.

This does not limit any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
