These terms are between you and Advanced Group Holdings Ltd., operating as AGH Digital ("we"). By buying or using PageOn PDF you agree to them.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
A licence for one named person to use PageOn PDF Pro on up to 2 computers and 2 phones or tablets at a time. You can move the licence between your own devices from your account page. PageOn PDF Free needs no licence.
Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the end of each period at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page (Manage billing); Pro keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for and then the app returns to the free Reader. We will tell you before any price change takes effect on your plan.
A lifetime licence is a single payment for ongoing use of PageOn PDF Pro, including updates we release for that product.
Licences bought for a team by invoice are assigned to named people and last for the term on the invoice.
Do not share your sign-in, resell, reverse engineer or try to bypass the licence check. We may switch off a licence that is abused or charged back.
We work hard to make PageOn PDF reliable, but it is provided as is. Keep copies of important files. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, without taking away any consumer rights you have where you live.
